If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

Urgent help or medical attention
If you or someone you know needs urgent help or medical attention:
Call 999 if you, or someone you know, are in immediate danger or are suicidal.
Go to the Emergency Department (A&E).
Make an emergency GP appointment.
If you live in England, Scotland, or Wales: contact 111 for medical advice using 111 Online, through the NHS app, or by calling 111.
If you live in Northern Ireland: contact your trust’s GP out of hours service.
Mental health concerns
If you are concerned about your or someone else’s mental health, you can contact a mental health professional by calling 111 and selecting Option 2. This support can also be accessed using textphone services, British Sign Language video calls, or with a translator through the NHS 111 Accessibility Page.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
CALM are there to support anyone who is struggling with or affected by suicide or suicidal thoughts.
