Society isn’t built for AuDHDers. We can help you navigate life in a world built for neurotypicals.
Up to 66% of autistic people have considered suicide and up to 36% have attempted it*. This needs to change.
Our mission is to end autism and ADHD-related suicides in the UK. We help fund adult autism and ADHD assessments, therapy for late-diagnosed AuDHDers, and campaign for earlier diagnosis and support.
Supporting Access to AuDHD Assessments
We are committed to breaking down barriers to diagnosis for autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) individuals. We have partnered with mental health organisation MOAI to help people get the answers, understanding, and support they deserve. All donations go directly towards covering the costs of these highly sought-after assessments, empowering more people to access life-changing clarity and resources.
Expanding Peer Support in Our Community
We know the value of connecting with others who truly understand. That’s why we’re continuously growing our peer support services - safe, welcoming spaces led by people with lived experience of AuDHD. Our peer groups offer understanding, encouragement, and practical advice, helping members feel less alone and more connected with the neurodivergent community.
Join Us In Making a Difference
Your support helps us expand our peer support services and fund highly-valued AuDHD assessments. Whether through donations, volunteering, or spreading the word, every action brings us closer to our achieving our mission. Together, we can create lasting change - join us in making a real impact today.
“Without the help I've received thanks to AuDHD UK, I don't like to think about where I would be right now. I came across this charity after searching for months for any help available to me after my diagnosis and was feeling very lost, alone and depressed. AuDHD UK have helped me to get into regular therapy with a neuro-affirming counsellor and have offered me a space to connect with others in the peer support groups. I literally rely on these two things to get me through most weeks and I am so very grateful that I stumbled upon this charity. The help that has been offered has literally been a lifeline for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work you are doing to help people like me <3”
