Society isn’t built for AuDHDers. We can help you navigate life in a world built for neurotypicals.

Over 34% of autistic people have considered suicide and over 24% have attempted it*. This needs to change.

Our mission is to end autism and ADHD-related suicides in the UK. We help fund adult autism and ADHD assessments, therapy for late-diagnosed AuDHDers, and campaign for earlier diagnosis and support.

We work with like-minded counsellors and therapists to give you the help you need.

AuDHD UK works with counsellors and therapists across to UK to offer you better access to counselling and diagnostic services in your area and online.

We need your help to continue.

As a charity, we rely on people like you to stay afloat. Whether you’re able to donate money or time, there is always a way to help us push forward with our mission.

Suicide rates are unacceptably high in autistic people and suicide prevention has to be the number one goal to reduce the worrying increased mortality in autistic people.
